R A T E
One week minimum stay
$675 per week (7 days, 2 persons)
$1,050 for two weeks (14 days, 2 persons)
$1,450 for three weeks (up to 4 people maximum)
$1,850 per month (up to 4 people maximum)

T E R M S
$100 security deposit to confirm reservation, 14 day cancellation required.
Smoking permitted outside only. No pets please.

C O T T A G E   R E N T A L
Clean sheets, towels and all necessary basic supplies will be provided.
Laundry can be done in Hilo or Pahoa. There is no laundry facility on the premises.
If you wish to have the cottage cleaned periodically,
we can arrange for maid service for an additional $125 per week.

E N E R G Y
Rainbow Dreams Cottage is located in an alternative energy area.
Solar power provides energy for indoor lights at night and other power needs during the day.
Solar power works extremely well except for high-demand devices such as hair dryers,
curling irons, irons, etc., which will not work or will drain the batteries.

In addition, there is no T.V., phone or internet (truly heaven).
If you have any questions about solar power at the cottage, please call us.
